STEROZONE is an automated robotic system that virtually kills all known pathogens including:
- COVID-19
- Ebola
- Anthrax
- Tuberculosis
- C. difficile
- MRSA
- Bed Bugs
- Lice
- MERS
STEROZONE is designed to work in any enclosed room space or inside a vehicle including:
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Nursing Homes
- Schools
- Restaurants
- Airplanes
- Cruise Ships
- Buses and Trains
- Automobiles & More…
Dimensions:
The STEROZONE machine is approx:
Length: 46 inches (116.84 cm)
Width: 28 inches (71.2 cm)
Height: 40 inches (101.6 cm)
Weight: approx. 120 lbs. (54.4 kg)
System Capabilities
- Touch-free disinfection technology producing unprecedented kill rates 99.9999+%
- PROVEN to eradicate coronavirus in enclosed rooms
- PROVEN to kill the most harmful viruses, bacteria, fungi, spores, insects & parasites
- PROVEN to eliminate common contaminants for green houses / indoor horticulture

Operating The STEROZONE System
- System can be operated by 1 technician with very minimal labor
- The machine is rolled into the treatment space and plugged-in
- Door frames, vents, and air leak points are covered with low adhesive tape (5-10 min prep)
- Technician exits the space to operate and monitor the machine remotely with a smart pad
- The machine remains stationary during operation.
- Multiple systems can be placed in one space, integrated, and monitored simultaneously from one smart pad to expedite the process or treat larger areas
- The system ”charges” the space with a gas and monitors levels for safety and effectiveness
- Full-cycle disinfection can take approx. 40-75 minutes depending on size of the space,
- Following a full-cycle the room is now “reset” with all exposed surfaces disinfected and decontaminated up to 99.9999+% touch-free with no residue
- The system has minimal moving parts ensuring long-term reliability and requiring very few replacement parts
- The consumables cost per cycle is approx. $4 / machine. Non-toxic / Eco-friendly / Organic liquid consumable
STEROZONE Can Make Any Space Safer
Pre-treatment assessments show significant bacterial growth in multiple locations.
Plates that showed growth exhibited a variety of organisms with no one organism being predominant.
Post treatment assessments showed zero growth in all locations assessed after 24 hours, while one bacterial colony was present at one of the 10 sample locations (top of half-wall) after 48h.
Conclusion:
- A high level of microbial load assessed before treatment was no longer present after a single treatment using the system.
- Routine cleaning of vehicles, spaces and rooms can reduce bacterial load
Athletic Equipment / Fitness Facility Study
1.) Pre-treatment assessments showed significant bacterial growth on all sports equipment items.
2) Pre-treatment samples showed growth with a variety of organisms; no one organism being predominant.
3) Post treatment assessments showed zero growth on all locations for all items assessed after 24 hours
Conclusion:
A high level of microbial load assessed before treatment was no longer present after a single treatment using the system.
Routine cleaning of athletic equipment with the technology can reduce bacterial load
PROOF in the HOSPITAL
- Two major Canadian hospitals confirmed complete room disinfection
- Eliminating all room pathogens.
